Preserving Lavaux is not only about protecting its walls or admiring its slopes. It is about allowing those who cultivate them to go on making a living from them.\u003cbr\u003e\nChoosing a Vaud wine then becomes a simple, concrete way to support those who keep this heritage alive.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe Guardians preserve Lavaux. It is up to us to choose to support them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA story told in four chapters\u003cbr\u003e\nThe launch campaign unfolds in four chapters. Each reveals an essential component of Lavaux and leads to the last one: the one that concerns us all.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe Stones, those of the walls that hold up the terraces and tell of centuries of work.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe Three Suns: the one in the sky, the one reflected by Lake Geneva and the one whose warmth the walls give back to the vines. Three forces, joined by the indispensable force of human work.\u003cbr\u003e\nTime, that of the seasons and of the gestures handed down from one generation to the next.\u003cbr\u003e\nAnd finally, The Choice. Ours: that of a restaurateur who puts a Vaud wine on the menu, of a company that favours a producer from the region or, quite simply, of each of us when choosing a bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eLavaux translated into the jersey\u003cbr\u003e\nThe season's second jersey was designed as an interpretation of the Lavaux landscape.\u003cbr\u003e\nIts main colour, a blue-green, takes up the shade of Lake Geneva seen from the slopes.\u003cbr\u003e\nOn the sleeves and at the bottom of the shorts, a trim runs through six colours inspired by Lavaux: Lake Blue, Vineyard Gold, Shoot Green, Lavaux Stone, Sunset and Depth. Six shades that tell of the lake, the vines, the stone and the changing light of the landscape.\u003cbr\u003e\nOn the front and back of the jersey, the perspective of the Dézaley slopes appears in relief: the lines of the vines, the terraces and the walls that structure the hillside, down to the opening onto the lake.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe FC Lausanne-Sport crest is embroidered and the name LAVAUX appears on the back.\u003cbr\u003e\nFor the launch film, the jersey is worn among the vines by women and men who genuinely take part in the life of this land.\u003cbr\u003e\nThey are not the extras of an advertisement.\u003cbr\u003e\nThey are the ones to whom this jersey is dedicated.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA story born of a testimony\u003cbr\u003e\nThis story has its origin in the testimony of Henri Chollet, a Lavaux winegrower who passed away in April 2026.\u003cbr\u003e\nHenri Chollet inspired us with his words, his passion and his love of Lavaux.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis story was born of his testimony.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIn his memory, and in tribute to all the Guardians.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA living heritage is not preserved by admiring it alone.
